David Gogo – Vibe

Canadian blues/rock guitarist, David Gogo’s new Cd “Vibe” is a giant step forward in helping to take the blues into the 21st Century and introduce the music to the next generation of fans in a similar fashion to Joe Bonamassa. This seventh release is Gogo’s first all-original affair where he wrote and co-wrote all ten songs, helping to distinguish his unique sound on this outstanding CD. Grammy nominated guitarist, Jeff Healey makes a special guest appearance on the lead off track, trading sizzling licks with Gogo on “She’s Alright”. “Vibe” spawned a Top 35 hit at commercial rock radio in Canada with “Love In The City”, a song he co-wrote with and that features the baritone vocal of Tom Wilson (Junkhouse/Blackie & The Rodeo Kings).
